This mod is for sims that you create in Create-A-Sim that live inside of your household. It is perfect for the sims that you don't want to be home all the time.
This mod is not associated with the For Rent expansion pack or the roommates "key" feature. This is a rabbit hole story mod.

Let your roommates have a life outside your cozy home. With Roommate Stories, your Sims can do more than just hang around the house. They can have a job, a social life, and hobbies, too.
You can pick from 10 options to decide what kind of roommate they will be. This helps your unplayed Sims feel like they have their own life, kind of like the Explore mod.

Your roommates will start small while they grow into who they are. Over time, they will figure out their style, build hobbies and skills, meet new people, keep up with current relationships, go shopping, and even move forward in their career. While they are away, they will take care of their needs and go on little adventures.
When they come back home, they are back under your control. You can help guide them and make their story even better.
Socialite Roommate A life of luxury and fancy events. They are always out somewhere glamorous, but how they pay for it is a mystery.
Mysterious Disappearing Roommate They vanish at random and come back with strange little souvenirs. Their job is unclear, and their life outside the home feels secret.
Serial Dater Roommate They are always talking to someone, texting, or going out. Love notes and late-night calls are normal for them, but where their money comes from is hard to tell.
Cozy Homebody Roommate Home is their favorite place, but they still go out once in a while. Their job probably involves something cozy, like crafts or home decor.
Studious Scholar Roommate They spend a lot of time reading and studying. They seem interested in history and rare things, but they do not say much about what they are really working on.
Weekend Explorer Roommate Weekends are for hiking, camping, and new places. They might make money from travel work, but they keep their plans quiet.
Nightlife Enigma Roommate They disappear when the sun goes down and come home late. Clubs, secret hangouts, and a whole other world seem to follow them at night.
Early Riser Roommate They are gone before sunrise almost every day. Their routine seems serious, but they never explain what they are doing so early.
Cozy Traveler Roommate They love traveling, but they keep it sweet and simple. They come back with postcards, spices, and little stories from faraway places.
Party Animal Roommate They live for music, dancing, and big nights out. They might be part of the club scene, but their real job is still a mystery.

• Motives Management: Your roommates handle their own needs while they are away, so they stay rested, fed, and in a good mood.
How to Install:
Mod Installation: To get started, ensure that you've correctly installed the "Roommate Stories" mod in your Sims 4 game. Follow the installation instructions provided with the download to set up the mod.
Career Entry: In your Sims' careers menu, locate the "Roommate Stories" career. Your Sims must first navigate the "get affairs in order" level to access these captivating career branches.
