This mod allows your to fully customize your own career. You can choose business hours, work hours, vacation days, and even your income!
Getting Started
Click on your sim and choose between "Join Custom Career" or "Randomize" to get your sim enrolled. Joining option will allow you to manually setup everything from scratch. Randomizing will create you a template, that you can keep, or modify.
This mod is intended for playable roleplay purposes so it slightly mirrors the base game careers.
Setting up your Career
Workdays: This option determines what days your sim will go into work.
Work Shifts: This option determines how long they will work when they go into work.
Income: This option determines the range of how much money they will make each work day.
Business Hours: This option controls the time frame in which the sim will decide to leave for work. There is also a "manual" option which will stop your sim from going to work autonomously and give you full control of when they go.
Optional:
Pick Work Name: This option allows you to name the career and register under self employment. This is optional if you want to have your sim also be in an actual career alongside it.
Work Events
You can have full control over what happens in your sims career.
Take a vacation day: Your sim will not try to go to work and will be paid for their day off.
Get promoted: Your sim will receive a bonus for their hard work!
Get fired: Your sim will lose their job, they will feel sad, and you will have to setup the custom career again if you want them to work again.
Reset career: This takes the sim out of the job without firing them. It removes everything and allows you to setup whenever you are wanting to again.
How to Install
Download and unzip the mod.
Drop all files into: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
Enable Mods and Script Mods in Game Options.
Restart your game!
