This mod adds more work interactions, skill increases, social interactions, motive changes, character development increases, and moodlets/buffs to EA's careers.
Thumbnail credits are included on the thumbnail, even in-game, to support the creators.

Skill increases will depend on the career and also the type of activities that the sim is doing while they are at work.
The queue will show what activity your sim is doing while at work.
Sims will be able to tend to their own needs while at work.
Sims can get moodlet/buffs from activities they are doing and before/after the work day.
There will be more away interactions available while your sim is at work.
After work they will be able to talk about their day.

How to Install
Download and unzip the mod.
Drop all files into: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
Enable Mods and Script Mods in Game Options.
Restart your game!
